Why hasn’t God answered my prayer?

Being connected to the Vine keeps us informed of God’s will for us.

I have been asked by many people on multiple occasions about prayer. The main question is this: “Why can’t I get a prayer through to God? No matter what I do, I can’t seem to hear from him and it makes me so angry.”

Before I can even begin to visit this plight, there are some things you need to know first. Listen, throngs of people really believe they know the Lord. Some have been duped into believing that they really have a real relationship with Him, but the truth is they don’t. Listen my people; billions of people in this world don’t have a clue as to who they really are. With this being a Biblical truth, how can a non-connected soul receive anything from a source that they are not hooked into? We all must humble ourselves before the mighty hand of the Father and allow Him to exult us if he sees fit to do so. Listen, we can’t just say “Hey God, I need some help down here, what’s up with you.” Keep in mind that such persons are still living in a world of sin with not any will to be removed from it. They just want some relief from whatever they’re caught in. Then there are other people who think they can negotiate a deal with the Father, but won’t believe in the Son that He sent. Again, we all must go through the Son if we want to talk to the Father about anything. Afresh, too often many people like to say, “I pray to the man upstairs, and I now he hears me, but the truth is the devil is the one they are praying to. You need to know this, Satan doesn’t answer prayer; he just gives out devilish corrupt orders.

Now we know that God heareth not sinners;: but if any man be a worshiper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth {John 9:31}.

Let me say it like this: you must be born again, because that which is born of the flesh is motivated by the devil’s gene pool. And that corrupt agenda is already in place; therefore, any so-called prayer coming from such a corrupted soul, cannot get through to the Father. Anyone who is not converted through God’s salvation plan is not initiated to the Father’s blessings. The blessings of the Lord are for the children of the kingdom. The devil’s kids have no right to anything divine.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. {John 15: 5-7}

Listen, one other reason why prayer is not answered is because millions of folks have no idea what prayer is, nor do they understand what they need to pray for. Therefore, the Spirit of God makes intersession for us in ways we cannot understand. Now let’s deal with what is prayer? Prayer is simply talking to God. Well then, if we do not have a divine interaction with the Lord, how then can we expect anything to be received through prayer? Remember:

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think he shall receive anything of the Lord. A doubled minded man is unstable in all his ways. {James 1: 5-8}.

Listen, in other words, to be doubled minded, one must still be a sinner or in broken fellowship with the Lord. Once more this is a sign that you are not connected to the vine-Jesus Christ. With this fact, how can you possibly believe you can pray for someone in need when you are a broken vessel without power? Listen, people who don’t have a real relationship with the Lord, they only have a zeal for God. To put it in a worldly term, it simply means they like God so much that they have convinced themselves that they are saved or they have deemed themselves to be very spiritual persons.

Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer for Israel (you the unbeliever) is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God but not according to knowledge. {Romans 10:1-2.}

Once more, you only have a form of godliness, but you constantly reject its divine power whenever it presents itself to you. This is a clear sign that you have no connection to the Father. Unless we all are connected to Jesus the Christ he has no access to the father.

And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him; for they know not the voice of strangers. {John 10:4-5}.

Spiritual people can only follow after strange gods, because they are not connected to the real God, but rejecting the real God who answers prayer. Listen my friends, I see so many people on Facebook who boldly put up photos of other people who are either dead, dying or close to death and others are very sick. Then they have the nerve to put up a caption that says “if you pass by this picture and not pray or say amen, then you will have seven years of bad luck. This is the work of the devil’s kids. In no way is such action proper or humane. Then other people put on their post “Facebook family… Please pray for my, sister, brother, mother, cousin, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc.” Ok, what am I saying to you? Millions of people who go to church and look like they are saved are not. Simply, because they go to church doesn’t mean they have a genuine relationship with the Lord. You are simply wasting your time asking for prayer from people who don’t know God. Now what can happen is that you may be the blessing of answered prayer, but it won’t be from any one you asked to pray. Listen the word says this:

Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to the other, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much {James 5:13-16}.

Please understand that this is talking about saved people not unsaved people. We have the authority to pray for ourselves for things like a cold, a broken leg and even some pain we experience as we get older. Also, we can get help from other Christians who are really saved, and if we have a fault, we can seek out assistance from our brothers or sisters in the Lord. But the moment sickness comes upon us, then we must call for the elders of the church so they can do for us what we cannot do for ourselves in our times of concern. I’m telling you this because you need to know the truth. Otherwise, when your love one dies, you may become angry with the Lord; but what you won’t accept is the fact that you did not seek out his people. You went to what you thought you knew. Ignorance means you didn’t know the truth about whatever you thought you knew. But stupidity, now that means you know better, but you did not want to do what was right, so you bypassed the Word of the Lord.

Listen to this warning…. There are people out there, who tell you they are in the ministry, and they may even have a church; but you better make very sure they are the genuine article. So, let me ask you this? If you knew your love one was going to die, would you seek out a real pastor or would you just ask around to see what you can find. Listen, if I need money really bad because I have to pay an important bill, well I’m going to the bank where I have money; or if I don’t have money, I’m going to find someone who I know has cash, and I will ask them for help. However, what I won’t do is to go to someone that I know that has money, but won’t help me even if I was dying. Listen, God so loved this world, you and me, that he sent forth his best. If he did that for us, then we should want to do the same thing for our love ones who are sick or at death’s door. Ok, what am I saying? You must only seek out God’s people if you want real results. Let me take you back People on my Facebook page are being blessed by the ministry that the Lord has given me. They don’t even know it. Listen, I use my page to see who is in trouble, and then I pray for that person as well as for my family. You may not know this, but the ministry that the Lord placed in my care has a proven track record concerning people who were delivered from many thing. Even death has taken a back seat when we pray for people the Father leads us to. Now please get this… I have no power; it’s the Lord who is the deliverer. I pray because I have compassion on people even when I know by their pages that they are deep in sin, but the Lord touches me and I pray. Are you getting this? The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. If I and others are not righteous in the sight of the Father, we too can do nothing. If you can’t remember anything else I’ve said, remember this:

Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshiper of God; and doeth his will, him he heareth {John 9:31}.

Please stop allowing the devils people to pray for you or your family. Ask God to lead you to a real church, a place where you can find rest for your weary own soul and a place where the preacher is only interested in your soul and not your money or your body.
