The what I want syndrome

Everyone on this earth wants to be accepted by others and that is a normal feeling, but when some people can’t get their way they will act out in inappropriate ways. This is one clear sign that they are being led by Mr. Emotion. Listen, unchecked emotions will be a hindrance, without the Leading of God’s Spirit living in us. Any unchecked soul whose only goal is to find a connection with others desiring the same satisfaction, are showing signs that they are out of control. Unknown to these lost souls, they are now sitting ducks in the devil’s yard. He will make sure that you become his newest child of distraction. In other words, when anyone doesn't know who they really are, such people will seek out anything that will bring them notoriety. Why is it that millions of women will seek after men they have no idea as to what his real identity is? Yet such females will run after him wanting him to love only then. One answer is that the love they all seek is the Love of God the one who made us, but the devil has been useful in tricking them into believing they have the right to pursue men without God’s permission. So you have become a seeker of false love and relationship with the devil’s men of despair. God is love and since He made us we desire his love and comfort. But the problem is the devil has captured you and you don’t have the sense to know you are a prisoner. This is what the Lord said:

Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love {1 John 4:13,18}.

In other words, if you do not have God’s Spirit living in you, then you have a fake love leading you about. And that’s a false spirit. This misguiding spirit keeps you, the new follower, in a state of torment, which means you are now a doubled-minded person. The Word says this:

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything from the Lord. For a doubled minded man is unstable in all his ways {James 1:5-8}.

Please keep in mind you are in this state because of your choice to continue in sin as a life style. So the perfect love that you are trying to find shall be as an elusive butterfly. Once again, I must tell you that apart from the Lord’s Spirit, no one can do anything for himself or herself. Therefore, seeking after adoration is a total waste of time. In other words, you will be going around in circles going nowhere looking for what you will never get. Since you are lost you don't know you are in this realm of misconception. When people are out of the will of the Lord they seek after what they either once had or they want what they have seen in others lives. The moment you desire to have what someone else has you have become a covetous person. My friends you are under the total control of Satan if you are in this cove. Listen, Seeking God's will is what we are programmed to do, but the moment we reject his signal the self takes over. Meaning to say, the devil has now entered into your flesh and he is now in the driver’s seat. So, at that point you will carry out his will, and he will allow you to fulfill your secret desires in the flesh. Again, all this can happen to any soul who is not connected to the Love Vine, Jesus the Christ of God. The word says this:

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is evil thereof {Matthew 6:33,34}.

In other words, if you really desire pure love, then seek God first. But if you are a liar and pleasure is all you seek, I must warn you... Do not play with the Lord. Listen, I have a word for all those that have an ear to hear it. God made it very clear in his Word that if we accepted him as our God and then turn our backs on him, there is a price that must be paid. Too often billions of people don't even know the Lord, nor do they know his will. So, they just go about their lives using every excuse in the world as to why they can simply do what He has asked them to do. Again, loveless people have no commitment to the Father of love; therefore, they are constantly tormented and always obsessing about everything. So what’s the point? Every willful disobedient soul shall burn in hell but not before standing in front of the Father to answer for all you did in the body that he gave you. What am I saying? The world we are living in is replete with all kinds of worldly directions, and we who are the children of God can never follow those rules. Yet, we are to bay them that have the ruler over us. However, there is a line that we cannot pass. So, when people who willingly reject God lead, the end result shall be hell’s fire. Once more I present you with the Word:

We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness {1 John 5:18,19}.

What this is saying to you the unbeliever is this: God gives his children the power so that they can be equipped with the power to be able see the traps of the devil; therefore, we should not get caught in his traps. We can make a mistake and then ask for forgiveness. But sinners will always continue in the path of sin with no regard for the path that Lord has instructed them in. It’s clear in the above scripture that wickedness is everywhere, but God delivers his own every time.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. {1 John 1:8-10}.

Seek God first and then he will give you your heart’s desire, but not before you come to him through repentance. Again, never approach the Father with wickedness in your heart. If you really want acceptance, use your mustard seed faith that the Father gave to every soul. Then you will ascertain that seeking means you must produce faith, because without it you can't please God. Sin will cause you to believe that you are always the victim and no one really wants to help you in your time of need. But that is a lie perpetrated by Satan. If he cannot have you, then he will turn your mind on to the idea that you are all alone. So why not live your life recoils if you want to then go ahead smoke, do drugs, have all the sex you want because you only live once, so do your thing and get saved later. Again, the “I me” syndrome places you in the land of doubled mindedness, and as you have read there is nothing for you there. So remember this, when you can't get your way, then you will allow the devil to institute inside of you rules that say: fight, fight, kill, hurt all who have hurt you. Standing up to defend yourself is one thing, but bullying and fighting other people because you have no control over your mind is another. Again the word, I bring my own body under subjection.

I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be ye not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God

{Romans 12: 1,2}.

This scripture is talking to saved people, but it applies to all souls when it says it is your reasonable service, meaning you can do this if you can't do anything else. Remember this, there are people out there who live a celibate life style, and they are not saved. If they can do that, why can’t you? Acceptance... Unless we are saved by God’s grace we shall never be accepted by the world and all its false images. But in Christ Jesus there is the fullness of life and acceptance. Without Jesus as the Lord of your vessel, anger and pain shall follow you all the day of your tormented life. My final thought, do not try to like someone else because you will be disappointed in the end. And please understand this, God made you and you are a unique design, and you are an original. But when you willingly reject Him and all that He stands for, then you will connect with others that you can control and clone them as you are. All of this shall be because of the "what I want” syndrome. I pray that these blessed words have influenced you this day.
