The fallen Pastor
Pointing the finger at a fallen man of God, is a dangerous position to find yourself in.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye {Matthew 7:3-5}.
Anyone who lives on this earth knows that temptation is everywhere. And if the truth was told, then you know the devil has declared open season on any man who desires to walk with God. So, he uses unsaved females like he did with Jezebel. It’s like this. Women freely walk around looking like hoes, and in some states women can openly show their breast in public. To ad injury to insult these same women allow themselves to be called all kinds of nasty names. It’s alarming how many women don’t know or simply don’t care that the world has a history of abusing women and now they are abusing themselves. The Bible refers to them as silly women.
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lust, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth {2 Timothy 3:6,7}.
Meaning to say, many of these females are sophisticated, educated, and financially secure. Regardless of their status, they have been hoodwinked by Satan’s preachers, and the chances of them obtaining the truth of God are like trying to capture an elusive butterfly. Talent and position is a tool that the devil uses every day to infiltrate the men of God; but because they are blind they see no harm being done to them. Please know I am not addressing saved women, but I am talking about Jezebel's daughters who have no respect for themselves. Even the government is feeling the effects of the devil’s lure; yet they won’t openly admit it. Still, it is a fact. I want to help you see how you -- the blinded believer or the unsaved person-- may be contributing to the fall of a leader. Allow me to start with this: too often men run to the alter for the sake of fame and money. Zeal is a reason why some men seek this office; but when they do not follow the path that God has set them on then an unwillingness to follow the divine path set before the leader means that a fall is eminent. The Word:
And he said to them all, if any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it {Luke 9:23, 24}.
Listen, the fact is this: unsaved men will never willingly give up their rights to follow the Lord. The Word says that there are some men that would die using the name of the Lord as a covering so that others would believe that were really walking in the will of the Father. However, the truth is they were never on his path. They would rather believe in and follow a lie rather than submit to the will of the Lord. Can’t you see how they really seem like they are the real deal? But here’s the sad news that I have for you. If you are not saved and walking in the Spirit of the Lord, then there is absolutely no way for you to know if any pastor is of God or the devil. The word:
I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that GOOD, and acceptable, and perfect will of God {Romans 12:1,2}.
Unless this has been done, you don’t know anything, and you cannot work for the Lord. Listen, all the things of the kingdom are spiritually discerned and that means you must be born again and then filled with the Spirit, otherwise you can’t know what God’s truths are while walking according to what seems the right way. Many of these men last for a while because they have a gift from the Father, and since He is not an Indian giver, they prosper. Let’s read: The words tell us that potential leaders must make full proof of the calling and election before them and another steps towards ministry. If any fail to follow this directive, a fall shall be expected; and when a man crashes to the ground it shall be at his own hand. Being a Sheppard is never to be taken lightly, because for the fake Pastor death shall await you and all who follow after you. Friends, you don’t have to be saved to see the many preachers and the so-called pastors on TV. You know the ones who are always telling you that the Lord told them to tell you that you must show a seed in their ministry so that you can be set free from whatever has you bound. Listen, all those who willfully comply with their demands are clearly blinded people who just want to feel good, and such folks are nothing more than unsaved people, or folk whom are in broken fellowship with the Lord. Therefore, they have been blinded by their own sins. The Bible tells all of us that we are to go to church and work out our own soul’s salvation; and not only that, but we are to pay tithes and give offerings to our local church. However, the persons who are not lead by God’s Spirit are subject to being duped out of all their cash. Listen, such folk:
For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance {Romans 11:29}.
A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men {Proverbs 18:16}.
As you now know, billions of men are pimping the women in the church with the word of God, and they get gain and notoriety as their prize. Many of these same pastors allow the women to have any title they desire despite what the Word says. As this sinful action grows, it will seep into the other sisters who have a little word in them. At that point, such shall fall as their mother Eve did. In other words, Eve knew the truth but she allowed the serpent to convince her she was mistaken with the divine facts. The Word says this: first bind the strong man then you can take over the house. Meaning the people that the pastor lets have power over you shall control your actions and finally your thoughts. Once more, the blinded females are being pimped out by the devil in that false leader. Yet the moment these followers get sick or they have no money or food to feed their kids, where is the pastor? I’ll tell you, “He doesn’t have time for you because you mean nothing to him.” Listen: when you follow a false weight who calls himself a preacher, you become his slave; only you don’t know it. What you have done is placed all your faith in him. He has duped you for so long you can’t see any of his tricks. You know ones like bringing in other so-called preachers, comedians, evangelists, and book sellers, whom all do nothing but take your money and leave you feeling good until you get home where the misery is flourishing. Question? Who buys his books and CDs when they come out? You do because you are helping to make him rich but you receive nothing but a "may God bless you." False leaders recruit others like themselves to gain from you -- the blinded sheep. So to get more money in their pocket they pay for broadcast that makes them even more money. Listen, just because someone is a celebrity and says they are saved doesn’t make it the truth. It’s the life we live daily that declares who we are. How can someone be a celebrity for the Lord, yet many of the words that come out of their mouth are curse words. Then they have the nerve to say, “The Lord is still working on me.” My friends this is simply a lie, because salvation is a complete deliverer that needs not to be repented of repeatedly. Are you getting this? Following people like this means you are blind and absent from your God given scenes. Again, at some point they shall fall. OK. What am I saying?
I EXHORT therefore, that first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (v8) I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting {1 Timothy 2:1-4, 8}.
God put it in his Word that we who are saved must pray, and our prayer should include everyone. The other part is that we are to especially pray for all who are in authority. If you don’t know this, in America this is not a welcomed practice. Only when someone strikes will many Americans pray, and that prayer will be a selfish one. The truth is that people have forgotten the past ten years of deserters that we have gone through. Why? Because God granted us deliverance, and once more the dog has returned to his vomit and the pig is back to it’s rolling in the mud of sin again. Side bar…. Am I the only one praying about the cops that kill our brother without consequences? Trust me, if we all prayed this killing would stop. But when we turn our backs on the Lord, well it is open season on the beguiled. OK, I’m back. The other part that is being left out is the supplications, intercessions, and giving of thanks to be made for all men; we either do it God’s way or the devils way. If people are praying then the devil can’t do his thing as he would. If a man falls after constantly rejecting God, well then that’s on him. But when the prayer warriors are doing what they are called to do then many leaders who would have fallen won’t fall because the prayers of the righteous brings about divine deliverance. So, remember this!!! When you are pointing the finger at a fallen pastor remember there are three other fingers pointing back at you!!! I am not letting men off the hook. As Beretta use to say, “If you can’t do the time don’t do the crime.” Once more, if a man fails to totally follow the plan of the Lord, well then he is playing Russian roulette and is out of the protection of the God. Meaning: the Father has made many ways and produced many avenues of escape but the love of sin was the chosen god. Now all that is left is for the Father to do for such a man over to a reprobates mind.
Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follows, considering the end of their conversation. Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever {Hebrews 13:7}.
The first part of the scripture tells us that we must keep the pastor in constant prayer, and this is something that must be consistent in the lives of all believers. Never forget, not even for a moment, if your leader falls, so do you.
EXCEPT the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman walketh but in vain {Psalm 127:1}.
Again, God always makes a way so that we can get away, but it’s up to us what we do. And as I said earlier, when the pastor falls so does everyone that was under him. This is why some pastors die a horrible death.
WOE be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! Saith the Lord. I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah. {Jeremiah 23:1, 14}
I pray that these words from the Lord have opened your eyes, and you now want forgiveness so that you can be the watch person on top of the prayer wall. Listen, and please hear me. I almost fell, but the prayers of the saints kept me up, and out of the hands of the devil. People, this is real, God is real. I’m not trying to sell you anything. I am a real man of God with a track record of getting people delivered. You don’t have to know who I am, but you do need to call on the name of the Lord, and he will lead you back to me, and as it was with so many others, you too shall receive deliverance from the Father.
He suffers no man to do then wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm {Psalms 105:14, 15}.
Casting stones at a fallen man of God, is a dangerous position to find yourself in.
