Are you Missing in action?

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS MAN?

I love the Lord with all my heart. This is a statement that millions people love to boldly make. Many Churches are replete with folk who look like they are real Christians. Yet these same people, they will not be available on prayer night, or bible study. With their words they seem fruitful but in their actions, they do not line up with their words. We are to come into the house of God with thanksgiving in our heart. But when we are so busy that the Lord is placed on the back burner, then we are missing in action. Why is it so that some of these same people find the time to go to a football game on the nights the church is having prayer night? The answer is, such folks are missing in action. Now I'm not suggesting that people should not go to a game, or any other event. But what I am telling you is this. Anything that becomes more important than God, is a form of worship.

Thou shall have no other gods before me { Deuteronomy 5:7}.

For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a Jealous God {Deuteronomy 4:24}.

God wants us all to prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers. But when we put him on the back burner, we are out of order. And we have placed our own selves on the missing in action list. And that is where the devil shall acquire his next victim. God is a Spirit and they that worship him, must worship him in Spirit and in truth. But living your own life apart from the Lord's daily leading, that means, you are missing in action. Why is it people will fight you if your team beats them, and in their eyes that's acceptable. yet it is not ok to pray in school, or live a saved life style.

Fathers your children really need you in there daily lives. But when your job, car, new woman, or anything else takes you a way from them, you are missing in action. Other than God, nothing should cause you to neglect your own children. Don't even allow the fact that you are forced to pay child support to be the reason why you don't want to be around your own kids. There is no way, you can pretend you forgot that it was your action that brought them into this life. Just because you and the mother can't stand one another, that should never have any bearing on what the needs of the children are. Maybe you both forgot that you laid with each other with the agreement of pleasure, so now put that same pleasure into bringing your kids up in the Lord's will. Listen, If you willfully neglect your kids, God is not pleased with you, and you are missing in action. Mothers, you are missing in action too. If you do not care for your own children in the way that God said you should, then you are not pleasing him. Mothers, and you know who you are! Why is finding a new man more important than your kids? Haven't you realized that no real man in his right mind, could genuinely desire you for you; And trust me, I know you may have a killer body. And that's all this new dog wants. God made you as a priceless jewel, but you can choose to be defiled. Listen, no man has the right to put his dirty hands on your body. Unless he said "I do." Don't allow him to come around you. If you are doing what you want, you are missing in action. And know this! They that are in the flesh cannot please God.

This I say them, walk in the Spirit and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would { Galatians 6:16,17}.

For the unbeliever this means, When you willingly reject the will of God for your life, you have chosen the devil to be your guide. And along with such leading, you can say and do whatever you desire. Thus you are missing in action, because you are not doing what you were designed for.

I pray that these words have helped you. Please know that God is waiting to deliver you from all that has you bound. If he set me free, I know he can do the same fore you.
